I love hot cocoa in the colder months! I have tried almost every flavor out there & I always return to some kind of chocolate & caramel combination.I don't like the taste of salt, so I've steered clear of salted caramel flavored anything lolI know..... sounds strange when you think about, but well, that's how my mind works!I finally decided to try salted caramel with this brand.Let's say, I am now on my 4th or 5th box of this lolI cannot even tell this is "salted" per say. I can tell this is not just plain caramel, but it does not taste as if it's salty, at all. The salt part compliments the caramel so well that IDK how I would ever return to just plain caramel hot cocoa!You definitely have to try this with mini dehydrated marshmallows or just regular mini marshmallows!

Cold rainy nights
Bought this on a whim and so glad I did. One of the best flavors I’ve ever tasted. Also side note if you put some reddi wip or cool whip on top bomb. My box came a little smashed but packets were not broken. I will recommend a friend.

Will Ship in Flimsy Packaging
Product is great. Salted Caramel Swiss Miss doesn't miss!The packers at Amazon? Put this paperboard box (2, actually) in a paper envelope so of course my boxes of cocoa were smashed like pancakes. One was to be part of a Christmas gift. So, if you get it, it will be delicious but don't expect Amazon to actual care how they package it.

Delicious Salted Carmel Hot Cocoa Mix
I got hooked on Trader Joes salted carmel hot cocoa mix but they no longer sell it. I didn't even know Swiss Miss made a salted carmel hot cocoa mix so I was really happy when I came across it on Amazon. It is absolutely delicious and, frankly, better than Trader Joe's.

Awful
Yuck. I hated this. However, the boxes were not crushed and the pouches were not damaged so its quality packaging but to me, there was no caramel taste. It just tasted beyond awful. I ended up throwing them away. I’m sure it’s just my taste but I love caramel anything or thought I did, until I tasted this.

I love drinking this after a long day. I just add some cream and a shot of Salted Caramel Syrup to enhance the flavor. Creamy and Dreamy.
