Great European product
Great product! I am eventually moving to the UK and will be able to use this there. To use in the US I did buy an adapter but even with that this was cheaper than the others. It fit my needs wonderful.

Confirm if EU or USA version before Ordering
I like that I received the item fast and packaged nicely and was excited to use it. When I opened the box it was the EU version and not USA. I might reorder but this one has to be returned.

The Clicker!!!!
I have heard amazing reviews of the minc machine and desperately was excited to purchase this one and I am sorry to say I am extremely disappointed. I was excited that it shipped quickly and was packaged nicely; however, that is about it. Of course there was a bad burning electrical smell which I assumed because it is a "new" machine and also an very loud clicking noise. Which suggests that the rotating wheels are not working. I allowed the machine to warm up for several minutes and the sheets didn't even go through the machine. Would I recommend this. Not so sure. I may just try to purchase the larger one and see if I get the same problem. I did contact the company for a refund but that was a no go haven't received it yet.I really wished this was a better review. I will try again with the large machine.

Very nice
The machine was excellent but the cord wasn’t for USA plug 🔌 outlets. So I had to send it back

This is only good in the eu.

Not sure if this is a knock off
I was surprised when my product came and it had a European plug. I had to buy a plug to use it. It works OK but not sure if this is from America, or from Europe was a little disappointed in the plug.
