I’ve been using the JBL Tune Beam 2 for a little while now, and I’m honestly impressed.The sound is clear with nice bass—perfect for music, calls, or YouTube.They fit really well and stay comfy, even during long use or workouts.Battery life is solid—I charge them once and forget for days.ANC does a good job blocking everyday noise.Transparency mode is super handy when I’m outside or talking to someone.Call quality is very good—clear on both ends, even in slightly noisy areas.For the price, they’re a reliable, no-fuss pair of earbuds I genuinely enjoy using.

Amazing earphones!!! The noise cancellation is damnnn good! I was so surprised when I experienced the noise cancellation in this ear buds. The fit is amazing! Easy to connect and use. Writing this review after 3 weeks of use of the product. First of all packaging and build quality is decent and feels good to hold the earbuds in hand and the case as well. Now from the moment of unpacking the product the right ear bud didn't work. I thought to get it replaced but Amazon made me going circles as I had to go to product support which is even more confusing.Coming to the point, I charged the earbuds for almost 30 min after unpacking and then the right ear bud started to function showing 100% battery.ANC is decent with a lot of Functions which you can set it with the JBL app. The JBL app most of the times doesnt connect as well sp not sure if that's an issue with the earbuds or not.Everything was good until last week, the right ear bud again started to disfunction, it is starting to get discharged very easily, once the charge was 0%, it got switched off. Now the funny thing is since the left ear bud doesnt discharge easily , the case doesnt charge up for the right ear bud. It will charge for 5 odd min and switch off.When I googled it,i found this as a very common issue for tune beam 1 as well. You will find videos online showing how to reset the earbuds if the right one diesnt function properly.I think JBL has to take a lot of slack because of the price point they are selling and also not fixing up this software/hardware issue.The customer care says to go to a collection point to get a diagnosis done on the earbuds but if the product is not available then it will take a 10 day period to get it replaced.Lastly i want to add that anyone can get a faulty piece but to not fix an ailing issue , that's on JBL. You can get whole lot of other brands with in 6k range without requiring to break a sweat.
