I just wanted to start this off with, everyone is different. This is solely based on my opinion and experience with this product.It has been hard for me to find something that isn't invasive or harmful to help keep my body balanced. After 5 days of use I could tell a difference in PH balance. So, in my opinion, this works as far as helping maintain balance. Just keep in mind that there are other factors that can always affect your balance.After 5 days, as I continued to use it, I felt like I was going backwards with my balance, therefore, I stopped using it for a few days and then took it, and then waited again. So, in my opinion, it's not a 30 day supply, more like use it as you need it to keep things balanced.They are very good in taste. They are relatively small, maybe compared to a marble size chew-able gummy.It does state that this product has not been evaluated by the FDA. I agree with not to prevent or cure anything.This product did not affect my sleep in any way, did not assist or help with mood swings in any way. This product did not help alleviate any kind of menstrual symptoms. I cannot verify if it helps regulate cycles, mine are already pretty regular.Overall, it worked for what I wanted to use them for. I would purchase these again. I have not had any negative reactions or symptoms from taking these.

I love the flavor of these, they are very tasty! My husband likes them too -- but he doesn't get to eat them. I think they are pretty effective at their intended purpose. We will be getting more!

I would really like to write these better. I have not tried them and I don’t think I’m going to cause someone said that they might not be the real things so to protect myself and be cautious about it. I’m not gonna use these. I like these gummies and shared with friends who also approved. Taste is good and it's a much easier way to get nutrients than vitamins IMHO. Overall I'm happy.

I enjoy taking supplements in gummy form whenever I can. I find I'm much more likely to remember to take my daily dose of something if it tastes delicious. These taste like delicious pineapple gummy candies. They're enjoyable to chew before swallowing and easy to take. I have not experienced any pain relief from them, but I also haven't felt any pain to have relieved. The price seems a bit steep, but I have seen other gummy supplements with just as high a cost, so I guess it is, unfortunately, the standard. The effectiveness of the Vitamin C and probiotics are both beneficial to the body and I feel good about adding these to my daily routine.

I love this product and have ordered from other shops before, but they delayed the delivery. And then it said delivered but I never received it and can’t manage to contact the store.
