Inexpensive way to experiment with sound waves effect on health and sleep
I'm giving this a five star rating because it was a very inexpensive experiment. I've wanted to try the 7.83hz Shumann wave for better sleep and mental relaxation, but didn't want to spend a pile of money doing it. Item was shipped fast, and the price was very reasonable. Be advised though, there are no instructions, or audio cable included with this unit...like a small brown box, the unit, and a power cord, that's it, but it's not like rocket science to make it work. You can choose the frequency you want, and set it for that. I haven't tried any frequencies besides the 7.83, but a short internet search will give you several frequencies for different desired effects. For me, I've experienced better sleep than I have for some time, but that could just be a placebo effect. My wife however doesn't know I've had it on (7.83Hz is inaudible) and has commented about sleeping better recently. Being such a low pitch you'll want some decent quality audio, I'm using a Bose Wave radio, but I have a powered subwoofer that's not in use any more that I've wanted to try but haven't had a chance to yet (just a suggestion because it should work better). You'll need a 3.5mm adapter for whatever application you use, (ie 3.5mm to USB or 3.5mm to RCA). Not saying it'll work for everyone, or it's the best, but for less than $30 it's certainly worth trying.

used for better sleep
Used 3 days so far, great night sleep, you don't hear anything but so far I do believe it works. I have been turning it on right before going to sleep and fall asleep quickly and getting nice deep sleep.

does provide a good frequency range but somewhat shoddy builds, many suppliers, be careful
hard review. i have gotten two of these. one worked fine, one didn't last more than three times and the audio output failed. one included a plastic box but the box had the holes in the wrong place and the cover fell out if it was mounted for the cover to open from the bottom. instructions are terrible for the first one and non-existent for the second. if you get it remember that to shut it off you must go back to input on the screen and then turn it off or else the last signal will continue until a new frequency is entered...neither would fully shut down with off switch but screen goes blank so you think it is off.

Useful for stress and anxiety reduction
I was a bit skeptical on this product at first, but I was impressed after using this 7.83 Hz Schumann Wave Resonance Generator. It actually worked. I felt a great improvement on mood and a noticeable reduction of stress and anxiety level. It is easy to set up, just plug in the USB and you are good to go.

Does this work? Idk...
The media could not be loaded. Im not sure if it's working or not? It's lit up and shows frequency but it doesn't make a sound. Is that normal? I just need more information to make a "sound" assessment.

No instructions is a drawback and it's ridiculous
Edit: I'm adding one more star because after using this for several days I feel better. It really works! And it's helped me get more "deep sleep" that I can track on my fitbit. ***** This device appears to work for adding to my energy. I have only used it once but I believe I felt a difference. However there are no instructions which is a HUGE drawback! I searched for the frequencies to use for different things I want to use it for. This is a stupid waste of time and inconvenient for users so is no excuse for a company to sell a product without any instructions. After plugging in the power chord you hit the numbers, including the period, for the frequency hertz number and hit "okay". May I suggest some charts found on Pinterest. Edit: I unplug the device to turn it off because I don't see on off button. There is no sound, for those who expect to hear sound. The headphone input is if you want to check if there is sound, but you don't need to do this.

Very disappointed
I was very disappointed in this. NO INSTRUCTIONS. Was promised on 3 different date. I’m not sure how to use it so it’s collecting dust
