Pretty happy with this. It's smooth and easy to work on a variety of muscles. I can't use a lot of lotions and this can be used without irritating my skin. The shape is versatile. The little nub on the back is great for the back of the neck when you have a headache the longer sides are good for and and legs.

I can’t believe how well this gets my knots out. I get really bad ones in my shoulder and the weight of it gets them out so easily. Even better when I add lotion! Comes with a cute little bag and cleaning cloth too

When I’m out and about I need to have a tool that doesn’t scream look at me I have a problem. No one notices as I use it in my car or on the go.

After watching some TikTok’s of a guy using a similar tool I thought I’d try to find one on Amazon. I have bought many different tools for massages, usually they don’t do much. This tool is incredible, I can rarely find it because my whole family covets it. The design is pretty intuitive to use, and it relieves aches easily. I was genuinely shocked at how easily I can feel the knots while using the tool. My only complaint is it’s very heavy. It hurts my hand. I wish it was a little lighter. But very effective, great buy.
