Im not saying these small capsules are pain relief but do dull the pain when taken regularly 2 capsules come in boxes of thirty brown/ yellow(turmeric) easy to swallow Part of my monthly subscrition so have nothing more to add

These appear to work
I’ve been taking these for just under 3 months now and I can tell a difference. My usual achy knees appear to have benefitted the most as they rarely ache any more
