Was easy to install and they work
It’s so much easier to get in my sprinter van. I don’t have to climb or use a milk crate.

Not enough foot space
Update. I dilled new holes for more space. Photos included Don't mind the bind in the rail. That's from a rock garden. My dislikes for 4x4 Sprinter. The rail is tucked under the body a bit to much for my likings....look a photos from another buyer's. I'm not into side stepping in and out of van w/ sneakers. It's a super difficult with ski boots( tip toe) I have these maxed to give the lowest and the most foot space as possible. The brackets need more hole options for foot space. Taping and drilling new holes on the brackets just to give me a 1/2 inch of play would be epic for foot space. Lower step would be nice but ground clearance would suffer. I'd prefer to use rivnuts next time for that added security drilling into the body, plus easier to remove if you decide to go thru a rock garden. If I can do this over? I'd buy the electric step. Lower step, more space, and tucked under the carriage for more ground clearance. Win win

Terrible packaging, nice steps
The packaging leaves a lot to be desired. Parts are loose. I'm surprise it was all there. Otherwise, the steps are of high quality and look great. There was one minor dent but it was covered up by the grip step so it didn't matter in the least.Very sturdy to step on. No concerns there. Much better priced vs. competition for Sprinter vans.

Good fit. Very sturdy.
Beware this is not bolt on at all. Every mount requires drilling. I'd rate install at medium difficulty. If you are used to or comfortable with drilling into your vehicle, best to outsource this to a pro. I'd also point out that drilling holes under the vehicle can encourage rust down the road. Get some spray undercoating and spray wherever you drill. Some running boards for the Sprinter mention they only work without rear A/C. These do work with rear A/C. It does make drilling a couple of the mounts tight, though. In the end, I'm pleased with the outcome. They are sturdy and look decent. I do wish they would mount in a way to cover the mounts, but then I guess they'd be a little too high off the ground.
