My wife loves to use this product
Prior this purchase I have already had some smart plugs, so this is not a new thing to me.When i received it i am pleased that comparing to other smart plugs i own this has a compact size, almost half the size of the one I have.Since it is a smart plug, you have total control of the power supply that delivers to the electrical items you have: lamp, another socket, fan, computer, router etc etc.I love to use the timer function so that i can automate the on/off feature of the lamp in my hallway and the fan without worrying about how to control the individual devices that without smart features.This is the cheapest option you can get as a starting point for automating your home 👍

Hard to set up, Alexa does not recognise...until...
Omg what a faff setting up, you have to download upxior app(smart lite, and enable it in there app first, follow instructions in the small booklet, go to skills in Alexa and type upxnbor, a long list comes up choose the little blue house named smart lite and Alexa finds them. You could just use the smart lite app instead, of Alexa.

Great value, easy to use app to control it
Works well, easy to use when downloading the app. Make sure you repeat the timer for every day else it'll only do it for one day!. I use it for tortoise heat lamp, in case I'm ever not there to turn it on or off

Failed within a month 😣
Only had one month, 1 plug working Fine.The second worked for two weeks and now has stopped working and cannot pair
