Food colouring for cakes, moulds etc, a good quality, doesn't have a horrible taste. Value for money.

​With Christmas just round the corner I have started to look at cake designs and which colours will be needed to produce a seasonal look. The red will be perfect for Santa Claus and the red holly berries, the green for the holly leaves and the black for Santa's boots. The other colours can be used for creating stained glass window effect.I am really looking forward to using them and am very pleased that they are water soluble so I don't have to worry about stains on the work surfaces.Very reasonably priced at £5.99 for seven colours, especially when a single bottle of a single colour can cost approximately £1.50. They have a great shelf life of two years so they will be available for Christmas 2025 as well as this year (although they do recommend you use the colour within six months of opening).Finally, they are suitable for use for people who may suffer from various allergies as they are gluten free, peanut free, nut free and soy free. Recommended

Been using these for ice cream and whilst it can be a little tricky breaking the seal of the bottle it seals back up tight. The colours are really concentrated so a little goes a long way.

Very poor quality when I designed the cake it was spread on the white of the cake

These are not that bright and you need to use a lot to get the colour. This is specific to cake and icing colouring.
