I've taken this supplement for 30 days, Ive tried others but this one is a game changer. I did the gene test and this was recommended. I take 2 in the morning and 1 later in the day. I immediately felt like I had more energy and more strength. I was concerned that it would affect my sleep and just the opposite, I feel more rested. I didn't take them the other day on purpose and went to the gym, I could tell a difference right away in my workout. They don't taste bad and for the price its a quality product.

I found out about methylated multivitamins through podcast that had Gary Brecka as a guest. This is the best one that I have found. This brand has more trace vitamins that any other brand I have found. I used to get IV vitamin drips with all of this stuff in it, but this is way more cost effective for me overall, and some of the vitamins in the IVs were actually the cheap version (like cyanocobalamin). I don't notice a taste, and the size and quality is good for the amount I take. I do take 3 a day based on the directions. Overall, I will be continuing to purchase this vitamin!

This is an amazing supplement. I was really dragging ai has improved my energy stamina and overall health.

These are amazing. I love them. By far one of the best vitamins I have found. My energy level has increased and I feel much better. They are also easy to swallow and never give me naseau.

Quality vitamins. Little slow on shipping, and pricey..

My doctor actually recommended me this one, because I have several nutritional absorption issues. I have taken a ton of supplements, but this is by far the best acting one! Well worth the money, for all it contains.This supplement helped me bring my body and mental health back! This one actually works and absorbs !

I’m rating them average because I really couldn’t tell a difference. I eat healthy took these as directed but really couldn’t tell a big difference and I expected more of a boost with this higher level of B vitamins. I’m sure they’re good quality but maybe I need something different
