I was using these to try to correct my flat nipples. I'm not sure if they will fully correct through long term use or not. I ended up getting my nipples pierced and can't use them, but if you leave them on for a solid 20 minutes and then take them off your nipples will stay out on their own for an hour or so before returning to their natural shape.

I didn’t like the fact that these are so obvious and you can’t wear them out side of your home but they do have better and more lasting results than the rubber bands

It is easy to press, apply, suction and work the nipples. I totally love these. Pat some coconut oil and put these on and it seriously works wonders with my nipples. I totally love them and I wish I had found these prior to the horrible huge black suctions I purchased. They are so hard you cannot even squeeze them without placing them on heat.I highly recommend these because they have made my man nipples really happy and highly appealing.

This might be a tad TMI but I have had some issues with my nipples after breastfeeding my three babies. They have become inverted and and it’s uncomfortable and unattractive. I purchased these and actually received them yesterday and they are really comfortable. You will need to adjust the suction but they are really comfortable. I work from home and I am wearing them as I work. No complaints so far.
