Such an excellent tool for delivering meds to your furbaby
So at first, I didn't think this was going to be much better than just using a cardboard tube... but this is much better because of how it works. There are one-way valves controlling the flow of air, so your pet's breathing actually creates a pumping effect. You can actually see the valves working, and you can tell when your animal is pulling the medicine in. I fill the tube with a puff, then put it on the animal's face. My kitty will rip me to shreads if she decides to fight, but other than complaining, she showed no signs of discomfort or fight. So inhaled medicines are something you CAN give a feisty cat easily... good to know.

Great alternative to the AeroKat!
I've had this inhaler-spacer for almost a year, and it still works perfectly! It was ~$30 cheaper than the AeroKat (~$70) at the time of purchase, and, having used both now, I honestly think it's just as good in terms of quality. There are a number of cheaper knock-offs available, but they aren't as well made as this one. It's easy to use and easy to clean. I'll be getting another when the one I'm currently using needs replacing!

Works great! My cat doesn't seem to mind it
I was convinced that my cat would hate it. But once he got used to it, he lets me use it without a fight every day. Or he's just giving up and accepted that this is how it is now.Either way he gets his meds.Cats. 🤷♀️

Good value for the item
I needed an inhaler spacer for my cat and my vet recommended a different brand, but it was out of stock. So I went with this one even though I was a little hesitant. It has worked great thus far and I have not had any problems. Surprisingly my cat has accepted it without any issues. I tried the different-sized nose covers and found one that fit him. It is soft and fits well on his face to form a seal. The instructions were easy to follow. My only small complaint is that when I go to shake the actual inhaler, the face cover pops off, so either I need to take the inhaler off every time to shake it, or I hold it together since I worry that taking the inhaler on and off will loosen the seal around it. Overall it is a great value and I am glad I did not get held up waiting on the other brand.

Great Price and Quality
Great alternative to the other spacer the vet had recommended for my cat! Super easy to use/clean and 10/10 recommend this product if you need to give your fur baby an inhaler.

Buy AeroCat instead
My cat has asthma. We have been using inhalers for about 6 years. I have been using an AeroCat chamber/spacer successfully the whole time. I just bought this one because I thought the AeroCat was getting a bit grungy after 6 years of use.A CAT'S BREATHS ARE NOT STRONG ENOUGH TO USE THIS CHAMBER. My cat cannot make the indicator tabs flick. If the indicator tabs are not flicking, that means it is not open to the drug in the chamber and the cat is not getting the dose. The AeroCat indicator moves very freely and it is easy to see that with each breath my cat gets a full inhale of her Flovent. I tried this spacer myself and I had to take a STRONG deep breath to get the indicators to open.I am echoing what several others have said in the questions and comments. Your cat will not be getting their usual or intended dose of inhaler, if any with this brand, especially if they are asthmatic and probable already have compromised breathing.I am going to maybe try one more dose on this brand and probably return it as it is useless for me and not even that cheap. Some commenters say this might work for a dog, but the masks provided I would think too small to cover a dog's both mouth and nose, unless they are a tiny dog in which case they may not have a strong enough breath anyways.

Effective for cat transition from prednisolone to inhaled medication
Using this because my 12 year old kitty developed asthma and wanted to get her off the prednisolone that was leading to side effects. Crazy treating side effects along with the main issue - she’s a picky eater too and almost not eating / constipated / little urinary output. Transitioned her over to this - took a month to let her get familiar gradually while on the prednisolone and then used it while on Flovent & Albuterol. After only a few days giving meds now She is getting used to the process & is not coughing nearly as much with only some wheezing now. I give her a few treats immediately after using it with her & she understands it is helpful for her. The progress is great & I’m hopeful will continue. She is a small 6lb kitty and the small mask fits well!

Better pricing than the vet
The vet was going to charge us $100 for a similar product. Our cat tolerated this with the inhaler with no issues. It comes in 2 mouthpiece but the large probably will fit most cats. The only downside with this product is the flap on the valve does not move when our cat breathe so we couldn’t tell if he is really breathing in the medication from the chamber or not.
