Peace of mind
Great for someone who needs it “just in case” my mother wasn’t a fan to start with but definitely gives peace of mind.

Its not easy to set up
Its great once, you can figure how to set it up and add the various phones. I'm still trying to set it up on my husbands phone

Handy device to have
Brought this for a family member who had a stroke. They keep it on them and is linked up to several devices on people phones case they are near by. Works well. Not needed to use which is good tho

Faulty App
Same problem as many others have found. Everything seems to be going well during the setup. The button is recognised by Smart Life over m,y domestic WiFi. The installation starts but each time at the end after the spinning wheel reaches the end it throws out the cannot connect message. Life is too short so into the bin.

Easy enough to set up, works just as described.Set up through home WiFi and alert set on three different mobile phones, which lets us know if my elderly mum needs help.

Very poor quality plastic rubbish
Very disappointed with this cheap rubbish. I bought it for my elderly mother, but it feels like it would break in no time. Not worth anywhere near the price I paid.
