I bought the Portronics Key7 Combo Wireless Keyboard & Mouse Set expecting decent quality and brand reliability. But after just 2 months, the mouse stopped working completely – it's totally unresponsive. I tried everything – changing batteries, reconnecting, troubleshooting – nothing worked.I emailed Portronics customer support multiple times, and there was absolutely no response. To make things worse, Amazon also did not offer any help since the return window had closed. This is unacceptable from both the brand and the seller (Clicktech Retail Private Ltd).This product turned out to be a complete waste of money. I would strongly advise others to avoid this combo, especially if you care about after-sales support. Extremely poor experience – not recommended at all.

This keyboard offers great value for its price, with excellent quality and a compact size that's perfect for portability. It's lightweight, and the mouse and keyboard functions work well. It's easy to carry and use. However, the typing can be a bit noisy. It doesn't LagConsidering the price and one-year warranty, this wireless keyboard and mouse combo is one of the best options available.thanks Portronics

This is nice combo at this price point.Pros -Very thoughtful & nice design.Aesthetically pleasing.Clearly visible button labels.Minimal size yet very convenient key placements.Occupies very less space on desk.Soft button press experience.Hassle-free Plug & Play configuration.No lag or any other usability issue.Mouse is surprisingly good, though people have shared critical reviews for it. At least click & usability is nice. Need to test longevity.Cons -Batteries not included. Need to wait after unboxing until you arrange batteries from outside in case you don't have them readily available. Company may think it's a small issue but it ruins the experience.LED indicators are not very impressive. Could have been little better.Battery indicator is bit confusing. Don't know how it works.No stands provided to increase height which is generally available in all keyboards.Overall view & touch feel of material is hard plastic & not rubbery or something better, making it look little cheap. Of course, price point is also the economical, so this is understandable. But as this looks a very hit product in this segment, company can do something better.Note :Keyboard requires one AAA battery (small sized used in TV remote control)Mouse requires one AA battery (normal pencil battery used in wall clock)USB receiver is placed inside mouse. Simply remove & plug it in PC/Laptop USB slot. No driver needed.Conclusion:A very nice product for Rs. 950!! Worth buying without any doubts.

I received the product three days back and the mouse was defective as it was open at the top. I took up the matter immediately with Portronic and they gave me complaint number and also told me to send the pictures of the defective mouse. I sent them also. After a hectic follow up for the last three days, they are now telling to take up the matter with you. Hence I am writing this message. Pl. follow up and and send a replacement immediately. Thanks
