After some research and trial with it, 2 scoops is the best for a full workout. Taste is fine, though very very sour (more than your normal "lemon-lime" drink). Also left my very dehydrated and found myself constantly drinking water. So gross. It's technically "unflavored", so I'm assuming it's the intense acidity that makes it so sour. I could not use it, I had to return it. I've had the flavored version - I can't remember the flavor but I think it's apple or something, and I thought that was sour until I tasted this one. I figured, maybe the unflavored won't be as acidic because there will be fewer ingredients, etc. Nope.

Great taste and can definitely feel a significant difference switching from mono hydrate as far as how quickly it enters the bloodstream. Also, an unbeatable value.
