This is so good. Great taste. Dissolves easily. Workouts are far better, especially on leg days when I need a boost!

Careful of the double dose scoop..
🚨Beware of insane scoop sizes🚨First thing, the bottle says 1 heaped scoop is 12.5g, and 200mg caffeine. I measured (as is always advisable for a new pre) and a level scoop is 15g! A heaped scoop was over 22g… no idea what they’re playing at with that.Other than that… The taste is very strong, especially with their prescribed amount of water. I take it with 500ml and it’s still strong, mainly due to the citric acid I presume!Definitely ‘works’ though. Can feel beta alanine tingles and the addition of citric acid is something I’ve not come across before - good pumps and motivation.

ADDED CREATINE!
If you check my account I order ABE every month for my training programme ive never had an issue if anything I tell people to buy it! But I've just got the BADDY BERRY pre workout which I've had a few times and never had an issue if anything I've loved it; but the one I've just bought I've tried twice and been sick and I've never spewed off a pre workout. I think its because its got added creatine which has completely changed the taste. I've had such a positive experience with this brand in the past that im hoping its just a one off. I've tried to contact the seller but no luck for a exchange or refund. Dont be put off by this just check if its got added creatine before you buy as like ive said there and normally an amazing brand to buy from.
