I bought this strictly to be a karaoke machine with friends. I expected the sound to be subpar, and only good for fun. My jaw literally dropped though the first time I played a song to test out the Bluetooth connection. I have some very high end speakers and studio monitors that I use as an editor, and this thing blew 99% of modern speakers I’ve heard, owned and used out of the water! The bass is so rich and deep and you can feel the vibrations! The highs are good too, though the mids get a bit muddled in certain types of songs. This isn’t anything most would notice, and the mids are still better than a different $400 speaker I have. The only speakers that have better mids are my studio monitors and all of my highest end over the ear headphones. It’s worth it for the bass though, and even audiophiles will be impressed!So far, the 2 mics work great straight out of the box. They make my mediocre voice sound decent, and I’m not embarrassed to belt out high notes like usual!I’ve connected it to my tv through Bluetooth to try too. The delay is quite significant, so definitely recommend the optical connection instead of Bluetooth for this reason. But it’s fine for YouTube karaoke to just use Bluetooth because the delay makes it easier to follow along with the words actually.I do hate the power button and auto power off. It seems to power off way too quickly and there’s no options to change it. Tge mics can’t turn the power on and off on the machine, so you have to manually hold the power button down for 5 secs on the top of the speaker which is annoying if you’re already situated on the couch ready to binge Netflix. But this is obviously a very minor inconvenience that only tech spoiled humans in 2022 could ever complain about.Also, The mics auto power off every 20-30 min too, even if you’re constantly pushing buttons. I have to turn the mics on 6-7 times just to get through Hamilton haha. So it’s kind of annoying and a buzz kill with friends singing ridiculously to Hamilton and then all of a sudden their mic cuts out in the best moments…Still, for the price, you are getting an amazing home karaoke system that doubles as an amazing Bluetooth speaker! 100% worth every penny!

We were pleasantly surprised with the sound of this karaoke machine. It sounds great, and has impressed relatives that have used our machine. Overall, it is a pretty solid karaoke machine.However, about six months after purchasing the machine, one of our microphones stopped working. I contacted their Customer Service Support, Gina Ma, and have since been blown away by her outstanding customer service. When I reported that our microphone stopped working, she replied almost instantaneously and asked that I provide a video of the issue, so that they may assess whether they could assist in fixing it or send a replacement altogether. In just a short period of time, she reached out to me with the tracking number of our new microphone. Coincidentally, when we received the replacement microphone, our other microphone stopped working as well. Again, I reached out to Gina Ma with a video of the new issue. She responded right away, and after assessing the video, informed me that they will be sending another replacement microphone. I have been very impressed with Gina Ma’s customer service and I am happy to have this machine.

This was a second attempt to buy a good karaoke machine. The last one, Masingo brand, the mics didn't allow any kind of distance from the base. More than 2 feet away and the mics would stop working. After reading some reviews, I gave this one a go. Boy am I glad i did! First of all, I really like the compactness and portable nature of this unit. Very easily schlepped around. The unit is very sturdy and well built, don't see anything external breaking soon. Had no problem connecting our devices via bluetooth. The sound is amazing! The sound is clear with a good bass, perfect for a house party or backyard party. The mics are fantastic! They have controls for a speaker volume, mic volume, echo and voice enhancement. The only time the mics cut out was when someone other than the singer was standing right in front of the speaker blocking the signal to the singer. The unit says that mics can reach up to 10 meters. In reality, the singers would and should be closer than this distance. We had no issues with being about 15 feet away from the speaker. The unit comes with the standard wires to plug into the wall and/or usb ports for power and charging. Haven't had the unit long enough to test battery life from a charge. This unit was totally worth the extra money. Hopefully, it will hold up in the long run.

Family favorite, just need an extra min or two because everyone wants to join in!

My friend had bought the RHM Karaoke Machine for adults and kids back in June of 2022 as an early birthday present for me. Delivery came sooner than expected & the packaging was very nicely done.Everything was charged (the speaker and both microphones). We were able to use the system right away.However, after the batteries were running low we noticed one of the microphones was not charging.I contacted the company via email and a wonderful customer service representative, Gina Ma, replied very quickly. She asked if we could send her a short video explaining our situation.The next email came and Gina said she will be emailing me a return label for the microphone and they will be replacing it with a new one! The replacement came before I was able to get to the post office to return the defective one. AMAZING!You will not regret buying this karaoke machine. It connects quickly to any Bluetooth device. The sound quality is great! There are different effects buttons on the microphones so you can adjust them to enhance your voice. Works great for even the shyest of singers like myself.One warning is to make sure you don’t have to wake up early the next day, because you will have countless hours of fun singing.
