This system was super easy to set up first of all. Second, the app is amazing, you can label every device, and schedule every device that connects. the power of these nodes is ridiculous. In the past I had a ac1750 router and the signal would barely reach my work shop 100ft away at the back of the property and some parts of my house had bad signal (3000 sq ft) . I had to instal a range extender outside in a custom enclosure to protect from the elements to boost my signal into my workshop . now i have one node in my house, centrally located and the second node is INSIDE A METAL SHED 125ft away and my download speed inside the shed was 445mb/s!!!!!!!!! i am only paying for 500 service so basically no drop off.BUY THIS PRODUCT, i know it is expensive, but it is so worth it!! seamless changing of nodes, I have wifi on a half acre of property inside and out of a 3000 sq ft single story home and a metal shed.And not just wifi blazing fast wifi

Bought these two VELOP and one connected to my network immediately, but the second one will not connect to my Linksys MR9600 Router. Followed all the directions in the setup guide. Called the (24/7) @LinksysCares Help Line listed on the documentation and got the following message. "YOUR CALL CANNOT BE COMPLETED AS DIALED." Tried at least 5 times to be certain I did not mis-dial the number. No other HELP phone number provided. Linksys Website does not have a phone HELP LINE phone number.

Bought this to help with the Wi-Fi dead zones in certain areas of our house. We had tried extenders but they weren't cutting it in areas farthest from our router. The set up on this could not have been easier, you download the app and it walks you through the process. Really, anyone could set this up. We had areas that were testing at 8-10 Mbps and after set up tested at 70+. Would recommend this to anyone looking to have even reliable wifi.

I first bought a new three-pack from the Apple Store and loved it, but it turns out I only needed two to cover two houses. TWO houses! Since I only needed two routers and Apple only sold three, I looked to Amazon and found these refurbs for 60% less than the new price for three. The setup was exactly the same and the quality is exactly the same.For reference, I was getting 60 mbps standing next to my old Apple AirPort Extreme and ≤20 mbps next door. With two Velops installed, I now get 160 mbps anywhere in either house. That's ≥800% the previous speed. I highly recommend these.

The product itself is great. Loved the ease of setup.My issue was with the pricing vs. warranty. A new product comes with 3 years of warranty.A refurbished product has only 90 days of warranty. At current pricing, the refurb is $100 less on Amazon.If you consider that a year of additional warranty will cost $40/year, you are actually paying more for the refurb than a new product.The math does not add up.I ended up returning the refurb to Amazon and bought a new one directly from the vendor, getting an additional discount because of all the hassle.The new product with the much better warranty thus cost me $5 more than the refurb.Again - no issues with the product. Just my brief interaction with the product is telling me it is an excellent product.I cannot wait to receive it and set it up!

I had trouble setting up a different router so I went with this one and setup was very simple. The enclosed instructions were very clear, making the process easy. I live in a two-story home so having one on each floor really helps.

ordered the 2 pack linksys velop refurbished version and the first one came with no power supplies no ethernet cables.Ok sure - its a packing mistake.Ordered a replacement one, no power supply and came with 3 ethernet cables for whatever reason.Returning both - beware no power supply was included for both my orders.
