I think customer should by this ac , it has 5100watt cooling capacity, in this price range... Customer should by this tata brand.

Rating: ★☆☆☆☆I recently purchased a Voltas AC unit, and it has been nothing short of a complete disaster. I cannot stress enough how disappointed I am with this product. Here are the reasons why I strongly discourage anyone from buying a Voltas AC:Poor Cooling Performance: The primary purpose of an air conditioner is to cool the room efficiently, but the Voltas AC fails miserably in this aspect. Despite running the AC at its highest setting, it barely makes a dent in the room temperature. It takes an eternity to cool down even a small space, leaving me feeling frustrated and uncomfortable.Noisy Operation: If you enjoy peace and quiet, steer clear of the Voltas AC. It is by far the noisiest appliance I have ever encountered. The constant buzzing and rattling noises are extremely disruptive, making it impossible to relax or focus on anything while the AC is running. Sleeping with this AC unit on is an absolute nightmare.Build Quality: The overall build quality of the Voltas AC is incredibly subpar. The unit feels cheaply made, with flimsy materials that are prone to breaking easily. It does not inspire confidence in its longevity, and I can already foresee having to replace or repair parts sooner rather than later.Ineffective Remote Control: The remote control provided with the Voltas AC is a complete joke. Not only is it poorly designed and unintuitive, but it also has a terrible range. I have to practically stand right next to the AC unit for the remote to work, defeating the purpose of having a remote control in the first place.Unreliable Customer Service: Dealing with Voltas' customer service has been a nightmare. Their response time is excruciatingly slow, and when they do finally respond, they provide generic and unhelpful answers. It feels like they have no intention of assisting their customers after the sale is made.In conclusion, the Voltas AC is an absolute letdown. Its poor cooling performance, noisy operation, shoddy build quality, ineffective remote control, and lackluster customer service make it a product that I regret purchasing. Save yourself the trouble and opt for a different brand that delivers on its promises.

Ac works totally fine since 2 days, 2023 product, voltas ac works fine, but but but, seller should provide better tracking of product,and should deliver in given time limit, otherwise till now product works fine!!!

After using for 2 months, I am even more disappointed than first reviewed at height of summer.I set it at 27⁰ but slowly, over a couple of hours the room cools to 25⁰. Then I set it to 28⁰ and it goes to 29⁰. Very sleep disturbing.The filters are small and also difficult to reach, being placed gorizontally at the top. Being small they choke fast and you have to climb all the way up to remove the filters. They come out with a small jerk, scattering dust over the fins. Instead of simply sliding in , it needs to properly fit, so you have to actually see to fit it, climbing fully up the ladder. For senior citizens like me, it is a problem.

Product is good but service is not good product is not delivered on time also installation is pending last 4 days to 5 days

I purchased this product initially the product was chilling and everything just after 3 months the chilling got reduced thought it might be a matter of service but the worst service ever faced in my entire life never thought that i would be writing this kind of review against VOLTAS. I contacted the service center for servicing but the service lady said that a person has to call for 1st year service as i have always seen we get service even without a reminder. Then the technician comes and does his servicing and they have this policy of taking customer satisfaction code even before we understand if the work was done properly. Immediately after 3 hours water started dripping from the AC so i called the service centre and it been 5 days i am trying to chase them but the pathetic service they haven’t reverted back yet. Please don’t buy VOLTAS. My love for the brand has vanished.
