I have purchased Tbox plus from Amazon ….Device worked fine for few weeks and then I have got a notification for software upgrade, which I did….After the upgrade is completed. Device stopped working or connecting to my CarPlay ,,,, I couldn’t find any useful information about how to fix this issue. Carlinkit support team isn’t reachable, I have been done couple of weeks searching on YouTube or trying to find any useful information on how can this software issue be fixed….Device doesn’t create any WiFi nor Bluetooth ,,, LEDs keep blinking but device isn’t discoverable!!!I am really stuck and seems that lost the money pad for this device ,,,,Strongly I recommended NOT to use Carlinkit as you jus burn your money out!!!!!!

Good product . Good customer support from the manufacturer website .Initially had connectivity issues but with an update from customer service support it works like a gem.*** NOTE YOUR VEHICLE MUST BE ENABLED WITH WIRED ANDROID AUTO / APPLE CARPLAY***

It's dumb that its even needed - if this Android device can do this then why cant my android phone?But this works really well. Only complaint appears to be I cant set a lock code so I cant use my Google Workspace account (lock code mandated) . I'll have to setup a new account just for my carOh and also (not that I care but as an FYI) amazon prime and you tube installed, netflix would not citing compatibility issues.

Change Ur normal Ugly looking Original wired Car play Devices to fully Android. My Nissan looks and works Great. No need of change to android player anymore..The VLC player in this device has a glitch and the provided back button wont take you to video selection place. So its better to install mx player or another player of ur choice.. it will work like a charm.Good part is that u can take to any car and work from where u left from ur previous car. I can carry this small device to India and it will work in my car there.. Here I tried in Nissan Xterra 2023, Patrol 2023, and Infinity cars also and worked perfectly.

I bought this product for my Dodge Challenger. It worked I mean it turned on and everything but the UI is horrible and a bit slow. Also, you will need constant Wi-Fi if you want to use all the capabilities which is sometimes not possible as if you share your 4G then the Wi-Fi turns off and then you cannot connect to CarPlay so you don’t have any choice so this product was not useful at all as it requires Wi-Fi to be turned on so that CarPlay can work But then how can I use Waze if I don’t have Wi-Fi by the way, I have a Dodge Challenger and the screen was not responsive enough to use android with screen or OS

Didn't work on Hongqi H9 car. Another Android box works. Both connect via CarPlay. Perhaps this box needed to be updated before connecting.
