I have been struggling to find an exercise regimen to match my incredibly busy schedule, my chronically stressed-out lifestyle, and my physical conditions that make it harder to perform certain exercises. I get plenty of cardio from running around between meetings, and when I try to do HIIT or anything like mat pilates at home, I manage to quickly overwork myself, and then my adrenals are shot and I am even more stressed. But this exercise set is PERFECT. It allows me to incorporate strength training into my life to target the muscles that need the most attention from my sitting at the computer for many hours.The set is surprisingly good-quality. I was completely expecting to get some cheap plastic, but it's really sturdy and nice. It also comes with a nice big poster with images of a bunch of different exercises you can do, showing which groups of muscles those exercises would target. This is absolutely perfect for me. I hate having to follow a video tutorial because it isn't easy to tell if you're following the exercises correctly all the time. With a picture that shows which muscles are supposed to be targeted, it is easy to tell if you are doing it right because if you are, you will feel it in those muscles, and if you aren't, you won't.Also, I love that it has so many options and is so personalizable. I am recovering from a wrist injury, which makes exercises like push-ups and mountain climbers impossible. Yet, I've been wanting to rebuild muscle for a long time. This set allows me to do that without aggravating my injury.This is the first time in years that I don't have to get external motivation to exercise, and the first exercise ever that I am willingly and eagerly coming back to. I have had it for a couple of weeks, and I feel significant improvement in my muscle tone and strength, and my overall health.

This Pilates bundle comes with everything that you need. I love the different bands that you get to attach to all the little gadgets that comes with. It definitely helps with being a beginner to Pilates. It also comes with a little poster that has all different kind of workouts that is great especially for someone that can’t really figure out what you wanna do. It comes with a storage bag which I absolutely love because I hate things just being laid around or trying to find the perfect thing to put all your equipment inside of. Definitely worth every penny I’ve only been doing this for about two weeks now and lost 10 pounds so I highly recommend especially if you don’t wanna go to a gym and you wanna work out in the comfort of your own home. This is exactly what you need!

This Pilates bar is perfect for home workouts. I was contemplating buying a full Pilates reformer but, was too large for my home. The Pilates bar includes 3 levels of weight options. Highly recommend this item. It’s extremely easy to assemble and travel easy by placing it in your suitcase. You can get your workout in daily.

I was so excited to get this. I got through the first 2 colored bands. I got to the 30 lb band and my first exercise both bands snapped and it's impossible to fix so I stopped using it. But in the 2 weeks I used it, I was starting to see results.I'm changing my review based on the owners contacting me and fixing the issue... very nice of them!

I absolutely love this. I work from home with my two babies home with me so it’s hard for me to get to the gym. I haven’t found any home work outs that actually feel like I’m doing anything strenuous but this!!! I am actually feeling and seeing a difference using this. I just go straight down the guide that is included. When I complete my work out I feel like I’ve left the gym.

Incorporating strength training into my fitness routine has been a game-changer! I've discovered a variety of YouTube classes that make it easy and fun to get started. After just a few weeks, I could really feel the transformation in my arms and legs—what a boost! It’s amazing how quickly you can see and feel results when you commit to it.

I've purchased a few different bar and band kits like this recently and I'll tell you for free if you listen to me that this one right here is both the best and the cheapest (at time of my purchase).Fellas, heads up: buy the pink exercise equipment. It's cheaper most of the time and it's usually just as good. This one is actually better.I have extra bands on hand, but this kit comes with 150lbs. I'm not Superman and I mostly use this particular kit for squats and stretches, so 150lbs is completely adequate for me.The kit has all the accessories you'd expect to see for such things. The handles, stirrups, cuffs, door hook, etc.. Everything stitched strongly and ready to go to work for some time to come.I have another kit that is almost exactly like this one excepting the fact that it's very much dude coded. I mean that it's black and orange and looks pretty bro friendly. Thing is... lemme check my records... that kit cost $36 and actually had a few less accessories.Also, this kit has a better bag. Actually looks like it might possibly be useful. The bags with the other kits I put right in the whathefck pile under the kitchen sink with the weird coozy sleeve full of infinite plastic grocery bags. Those bags were not worth dealing with. They will probably still be exactly where I put them to and through the day I die. Useless, see?Anyway, good kit here. Useful. Versatile. Well appointed. Pink.Fellas, buy the pink stuff. :)
