This stuff is amazing. I've been having to take melatonin to sleep due to my insomnia and after trying different products at all different mgs I came across this one and it does the trick. I am out within 15 minutes and it lasts throughout the night without leaving me drowsy when I wake up. It has a good taste and desolves fast. Definitely worth the price.

The product works but you may need to take more than it recommends if it is difficult to fall asleep. It taste is not tasty, it dissolves easily, I feel it is expensive but it does work. No side effects and it did not change my energy level.

Poor results it never worked for me. So if you have a high tolerance meletoninis definitely not for you. It only kept me asleep 2 hrs per pill on the very 1st night. By the 4th night 1-2 pills did nothing for me. And if you want to return item there's a no return policy in place. No number to contact seller's or information

Not what I expected, based on the reviews and the fact that they are a 50 mg pill, I expected it to work better than the gummies that I purchased previously. But the flavor of these is very weird. It leaves my throat, feeling itchy and scratchy, and then I really don't feel it helping as much as the gummies did. Taking 2 pills worked but I also don't want to have to take 2 pills every time.
