Works well, looks great
I've had these installed now for ~1.5 years and here are my thoughts:Sound quality - decent but not going to blow you away. Bass response is average but great improved once in the ceiling cavity. They shouldn't be judged on their sound outside of being installed. Perfect for kitchen or bathroom use.Alexa & Bluetooth - When paired with 1st gen Echo Dots they would frequently lose connection and need to be reset. This appears to have been the fault of the echo though, as I have replaced them with 3rd gen echo dots and now have a rock solid connection.Appearance - Looks great, barely tell they are there.Support - Upon buying these the seller immediately contacted me to make sure they were configured with the correct Bluetooth names. This was good of them to do.Overall, they're a good buy for use in places that you need IP rated speakers and/or you cannot add an amp or wiring for to support a more 'audiophile' set up. I wouldn't use them as my primary speaker set up, but they're perfect for areas where there is no room for other solutions. Alexa in the bathroom is worth getting them set up alone.Perhaps a future revision could have Alexa built right into the speaker?

Looks amazing, sounds great
Super fast delivery, I did not install it but my contractor did - he said it was super easy - very "plug and play". Sounds great in our newly renovated bathroom - easy to connect the bluetooth. Highly recommend.

Quality
A good example of you get what you pay for. In my opinion it justifies it's cost at something like 3x more expensive than the cheapest ceiling Bluetooth speaker. Not much more to say, good quality, good sound and it just works and allows multiple input options

Seems okay but power consumption...
This hasn't been installed yet but I've been testing it. The sound quality is okay and certainly loud enough, but I had to play with equaliser settings quite a bit to get it sounding right. I suspect it will sound better when it's actually in the ceiling. The biggest surprise to me was power consumption. When playing audio, it uses almost 15 Watts, which is fine. But when it's idle, it's still using nearly 10 Watts. That's nearly 85p / month. I will solve this by fitting a z-wave controller. It would be nice if it came with z-wave by default.

Great quality
Really good product. We purchased it for an en-suite and the quality of sound, easy of fit, and general aesthetics are great. Very, very easy to Bluetooth to your phone, not yet tried it with an Alexa - very easy to recommend

Expensive but worth it.
It might be a little more expensive than some other similar products but it is well built, well packed and very easy to install. The sound is more than loud enough for my usage (medium sized en suite).I had tested the range of the bluetooth and luckily you have to be standing in front of the house to pair with it so I shouldn't have any issues with security. (Easily enough range inside/next to the en suite.)
