Good quality Twin Bed
Great twin bed for the price! Very pleased with the ease of putting the pieces together, since I am a grandmother!

High quality, easy assembly
Really appreciate the solid wood construction along with a solid metal bar down the middle to provide extra support. The assembly was pretty straightforward and not too complicated. All the main parts are numbered with stickers and the stickers were placed where they would be mostly covered when fully assembled. I still took them off, but others might not feel the need to do so.There are a few parts that need to be screwed together where there was not a pre drilled hole. The instructions don't call for it, but I pre drilled to avoid any potential for cracking. You probably don't need to, I just didn't want to take a risk.It took around 2.5-3 hours to assemble it on my own with the "help" of my kids (8, 6). Without help it probably would have been only a little bit faster. After finishing it, I ( 210 pounds) sat on it and could feel the strength and stability difference from our old bed.Yes it's more expensive than other beds, but the durability of real wood (instead of MDF or particle board) as well as the metal bar down the middle give it a higher quality that I believe is well worth the cost. I am not worried that my kids will damage it so that I have to replace it in only a few years like I would fear with some of the other "cheaper" beds.Overall I would recommend this bed.

Cute but not perfect
Really nice and low to floor for my 2yr old. The foam mattress purchased does fill the bed frame. There are gaps. My son loves this bed!

Great Bed
We upgraded my son from the twin version of this bed to the full. We already had the trundle that goes under the twin, and it fits under this full size too. It took me probably 2-3 hours to put together mostly by myself, but I did solicit help from a second person to attach the side rails to the headboard because that was hard to do alone. It is sturdy and was fairly straightforward to put together. It has the 9 inch Little LuuF hybrid mattress on it (so you can tell how high up the mattress goes on the headboard).

Best wood product I have purchased on Amazon.
Overall Impressions:We are really impressed with this bed. We purchased the twin size for my 2 year old that is being forced to vacate his convertible crib due to a sibling's imminent arrival. The selling point for us was the weight limit and materials used in construction, no fiberboard/mdf type pressed wood, it is made out of natural wood (pine, I think). The listing stated it has a weight limit of 400 lbs, resting weight. We have come pretty close to that between my 6'3" 250lbs self and my pregnant wife along with our little one all sitting on the bed a few times, and there has been no sounds of protest from the solid frame.Packaging:I was so impressed with how the bed was packaged for shipment, that I had to take a picture and include it in my review. Each wooden piece was individually packed with a foamy wrap that kept the finish perfect. All the hardware was included, and some extra screws were added, for the small wood screws.Assembly/Bed Design:The assembly process was very straight forward, with no surprises for the user. Instructions were easy to follow, if you can assemble an Ikea shelf, you can easily put this together. The design is well thought out to be easy to assemble, yet sturdy. I always advocate for the use of power tools, although they included the required Hex wrenches in the hardware kit. If you use your own tools, you will need metric Hex bits, FYI. There is voluminous storage underneath the bed, or it can be left as a convenient cave for ambitious little explorers. All in all, this was a fantastic purchase.

New bed frame broke in two months
The center metal bar bracket broke and fell off in two months. The bed had not even been used. The slabs are so far away from each others. It’s defective item, I can’t even return. The bed even came with a few stains on the paint, can’t be removed. The paint is very thin, you can see the wood pattern on it. Don’t buy this bed. Go to ikea, better quality relatively and similar design.

Great value and quality for a child’s bed
I bought this bed two years ago and was very pleased with the quality of the construction and the finish. It was easy to put together with clear instructions and pictures. It has a higher weight capacity than most other value priced beds. I just bought another one so 2nd grandson doesn’t have to sleep on the air mattress when he comes to visit. I highly recommend this bed.
