Very good system for my house
I replaced an older set of Orbi's (slower) with this new set. They are must faster and give me the full band width of my provider through out my home. Setup was easy as I had a learning curve from my original set. I did experience one problem: I have a long house. My internet connection comes into one end of the house. I set the main router there and put two satellite units inline down the centerline of the house. The second satellite unit (furthest away from the main unit) does not connect to the intermediate placed unit. Rather it connects to the main router--sometimes with 'good' reception and other times with 'poor' reception. After a couple of hours with Orbi tech help, I found out that the satellite units always tries to connect to the main router, even if another satellite is providing a stronger signal--supposedly 'this provides a faster connection.' Do not understand why this is the case since I do get a 'poor' connection to the main router at times on the second satellite unit. Looks like I wasted my money on getting a second satellite unit. Even with this problem, I am getting full bandwidth throughout the house.

Great connectivity!
100% love love love! Really does extend the wifi! Easy set up. Put the router in one room and the 2nd piece (the extender) at the other end of the house. Works great! I would definitely recommend.

STUCK
I have had two ORBI systems now. The first one performed well for about five years and then went bad so I bought this product as a replacement. I have had the product for several months now and have had trouble with it since day one. I have gone through all of the troubleshooting. Sometimes it would work great, other times, my devices wouldn't connect to the main network but would connect to the guest. Internet would go up and down randomly. At first I thought maybe it was my internet provider so they came out and troubleshot the whole system and that wasn't it.Then it would work for a while so I thought whatever bug it had was worked out or maybe an update cured it and then back to the same problems. Now I am outside of the return window and I'm stuck with it. So I ordered a new mesh system, different brand and it is working great. No issues, speeds and connectivity are great. So the whole time, it was the ORBI system. I should have returned it right away, but support kept telling me it must some other problem and since it would work from time to time I believed them.Bad deal all the way around and I'm out the cash which really sucks.

You won’t regret this purchase.
This is a wonderful product. Before installing my WiFi signal wouldn’t reach my entire home the same and after installing it I now have clear signals all over my home and in my patio where I spend a lot of time. Also, it has its own VPN for cyber and has block several security risks.

I like the product, but customer support deserted me.
Installing a new wireless router means that all the wi-fi devices connected to the old network need to be updated with the new network and new password. No problem, we know how to do that. Everything works, the new network has a lot better coverage than the old WAP except for...I have a combination printer scanner that worked perfectly on the old wireless network and now the printer works with Netgear, but the scanner is not recognized. I called Customer Support and after an hour on the phone that said, it's not our problem! Contact the printer manufacturer. I pushed back and said the only change is the network, so it must be your problem.Still didn't get an answer and so I had to find a long printer to USB cable to make it work. Not what I wanted, but that was all I could manage. No help from Customer Support.

FANTASTIC WI-FI SYSTEM
I'll start by saying a little bit about my situation--I live with my parents, and we live in a house of about 2200 square foot house with a shed that's about thirty feet or less from the house. We were looking for a Mesh Wi-Fi system that would cover our entire house as well as reach out to that shed (my Dad uses that for his workshop and has a TV etc.). We have one option for internet, and one noncable or satellite option for TV, so after searching and trying multiple systems. I ended up with Netgear. This system has by far been the best for our needs. It says connected, is fast, was easy to set up (I'm tech savvy--someone who would be able to set it up within a reasonable amount of time if you follow directions). My personal recommendation is if you have trouble with the Orbi app go online and use the website--for whatever reason, the app WOULD NOT work for me. This system has reconnected automatically or with little issues after a power outage. I also love the Netgear/Orbi website that allows me to customize settings (both security, name my network etc.). As far as the system looks that really is a personal preference. I don't think they're bad. I really can't recommend this system or even Netgear/Orbi enough.

Huge Upgrade from Eero – Lightning Fast and Rock Solid!
I recently made the switch from Eero to the Orbi WiFi system, and the difference is night and day. With Eero, I was constantly running into buffering, weak signals in parts of the house, and frustrating speed drops. Since installing Orbi, my entire home has consistent, blazing-fast coverage—even in previously dead zones.Setup was straightforward, and the app gives great control and visibility. I’ve got multiple smart devices, gaming systems, and streaming going at once, and Orbi handles it all effortlessly with zero hiccups. If you’re on the fence about upgrading, don’t hesitate—Orbi is the real deal for fast, reliable, whole-home WiFi.

Improved Speed
Our wifi speed has improved. Spectrum says their speed is 300+. With my old wifi router was only getting 20. If we used an extender, it got worse. With our new Orbi, it gets 300+........and we have devices working at the same time.
