The stockings are great material that provide warmth. That was the purpose of this purchase, to keep my legs warm while working at home and they instantly did that the first time I put them on. Therefore, to me it's a good thickness but this isn't a review for pairing it with an outfit. I found it a little tight to bring over the knee and on my thigh. It felt like it would leave marks and be too tight overtime, but it stays on while having it only up to the knee which I'm glad. It's very comfortable around the feet, I don't even feel like I have anything on. For wearing around the house, definitely recommend. I also like the pattern on top and on the bottom of the feet, it's a very well made stocking.

considering i’ve bought three so far id say they’re very worth it. a little itchy at the top of the band right out of the package, but after one wash on the delicate cycle, with cold water and fabric softener out of preference, their very comfy and hug my legs well, and can fit a tall person who stands at almost 6 feet, and myself at about 5’2. the worn length is varied with how well they can stretch out without letting skin peak through like most thinner socks. the third pair was to replace the first that i bought for someone else, they had worn through the bottoms of the socks but its just user error. so far my own pair that i got in brown have been very comfy and great at keeping me warm while wearing less, though with moving around like normal, the grip is a bit lacking, but its ok considering garters exist for that small issue.

I love these. They’re warm and cute. I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 because I have to pull them up very often. I’m being generous with the rating because of how much I love them.

I bought these socks for my 99 year old bed ridden Mother to keep her feet and legs warm she wears them during the winter.

Bought these as a part of a Harry Potter costume & love them. Will be buying more pairs for daily use! They fit comfortably and stay out in my thigh very well. They are a good extra layer on colder nights to pair with a cute dress for extra warmth.

They don't really stay up. The thickness seems warm, but they sag.
