Once you have the right sixed shoe tree picked using the euro sizing... They do an awesome job sizeing your shoes to match your feet.

All the shoe trees I have used thus far focus on the front side of the shoes - and fail to preserve the shape of the shoes near & around the heel of the shoes. But these shoe trees are full bodied even at the rear -- and so do a really good job in maintaining the entire shape of the shoes -- not just at the front. Having said that, it may be helpful to others if I mention that these shoe trees are slightly on the large side. I wear 10.5 shoes and I ordered the size 10 of these shoe trees -- and they fit very very snugly. So, always go one or one-half size lower than your actual shoe size.

They work very well keeping the shoes fresh and maintaining their shape.

I've purchased these shoe trees two separate times. The first pair was a few years ago, the 2nd pair was a few days ago. A few years ago, buying size 12 shoe trees got you size 43/44. Now, it gets you size 45. See the pictures. The left are the old ones, the right are the new. These are noticeably larger. The new pair also have a rougher texture and stronger smell. The rougher texture may help with moisture absorption, but may also wear down the inside of your shoes. Overall, I can't complain about the product itself, it just seems like Amazon has the sizing wrong.

Very well made you tree one that will last

They fit my shoes well and smell pleasant. However, in the two pack I ordered, one of the shoe trees came without the knob. Additionally, that same shoe tree had a crack in the wood near the heal. This seems to be a quality control issue, as the other 3 trees look like good quality build.

Perfect, but only for wide and/or high-volume shoes. If you wear ee or eee shoes these trees are the best. High vamp and wide toe perfectly fill the volume of the shoe. Nothing better fit that kind shoe.
