The ink replacement was easy no compatibility issues and has printed several hundred pages clearly. I would buy this in again. We have bought three sets already. One set seem to fade very fast, but I sent a message and they were very quick in sending a replacement. Great customer service. Incredible value for the offering.

Had a problem with the authentication to my printer. Customer service was all over this. They were easy to contact, asked me to try one thing, then when it didn't work, they replaced the toner carts entirely. All they asked for was a photo of the toner (to show I had it) and a photo of the error. They expressed me replacements and I slammed them in. They work great, print great, great value. I couldn't be happier with my experience.

Good product. Great customer service

I bought these cartridges 4 months ago. Printing was great, no smearing or leaking, easy to install. I've been in love given the price point. However I'm now getting a low ink for 2 of the 4 colors (Cyan and Black) and pages are printing light like the ink has run out. I've used for about 400 pages. The other two colors are registering as fairly full. I recommend buy with the idea that you'll get 400+ great color printing.Update - improved to 5 stars! I reset the printer and it is now registering correctly and has been printing great for the last 2 months. I think the problem was related to the printer and not the cartridges. I ran out of black on another home printer and used True Image replacement. It did not disappoint. Easy to install (shake, pull out protective tape, remove protective cover and place in printer ). Prints especially nice if not using bargain paper.

Generic product is a perfect fit replacement for original HP product. Value is reflected by reduced ink capacity, which is not clearly stated in advertised item.

This was a good purchase! I had read the reviews about the quality of customer care and that said a lot! Turned out that I did have a problem with my magenta cartridge. So I emailed customer support, sending them an image of the printers quality print in the report menu. Three days later, lightning fast, I had a new cartridge. All is well! Kudos for superior customer support!

Received and installed a 4 pack of color toner cartridges (201X). Immediately noticed a small streaking and offset print of the blue (cyan) cartridge. Contacted customer service and they promptly sent a video on how to correct the offset issue. Although the video was for a different printer and my menus did not have the option they suggested, I did assess the "Calibration" option was similar. Therefore I performed a manual calibration. Even though this calibration ran every time I reseated the cartridges, this manual running of it must have been different because it fixed my issue. Print quality remains crisp and clear. I was informed by customer service that these cartridges have a 2 year warranty and to contact them for refund/replacement should the problem(s) resurface. Overall, happy with my purchase and especially the price and print quality.
