Great for the price!
This was a gift for my husband for a katana sword he has. Super easy assembly and does exactly what it's supposed to. Looks and functions as it should!

Pieces fit snuggly and well, not wiggly, firm nice item
I like this I got myself a wooden sword from my thrift store I work at and had nothing to properly hold it so after buying this sword stand it looks great all together. The item is easy to put together it doesn’t shake or move and it’s perfectly even. 10/10 if I got another wooden katana would most likely get again.

It's nice for such a small stand
It's level and well made. I will definitely buy it again in the future. No assembly required too!

... get three pieces of painted wood that fit together pretty well. This is a very cheap sword stand
You get three pieces of painted wood that fit together pretty well. This is a very cheap sword stand. As long as you know what to expect for the price you're paying, you probably won't be disappointed. It has a rough finish that's just spray painted over but the paint is consistent, and it's solid wood. You could potentially sand it down and lacquer it if you want a nicer shiny finish. The edges are rather sharp and I wouldn't put an expensive sword in it for fear of scratching the saya, but so far it's been okay with my cheap light-cutter. It balances pretty well and you can almost center the sword before it gets a little too tippy and you start to worry. I give it 3 stars only because the design could be a little more stable, and they could use a gloss paint, and it wouldn't cost the company any more to produce. Considering the price and function alone I would say 4 stars, but it could be better just by changing the pattern and paint, so I give it an average rating of 3, even for the cost.

I put it together and put a sword on it. It does what it's meant to.
