I am going on my 3rd bottle of this magnesium. I have to say, this one works for me. I am sleeping at least 5 to 6 hours. I usually take them at 10 to 11pm every night. There has been a few times I forgot to take them and I still get some good sleep. I would recommend this one 100%. Delivery is on auto so I don’t forget. So overall good product and very effective. No after taste and no groggy in the am.

I’m on my second bottle of this magnesium supplement and it really helps me sleep. I noticed this almost immediately. Very few magnesium supplement have all of the different types of magnesium in them. I love this one because of that! I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because I’m still getting leg cramps occasionally but if you’re looking for something to help with sleep this one is great!

Several years ago, I started having bad cramps in my legs and feet, mostly while I was trying to sleep. My toes would curl up and my calves felt like rocks because they were seized up. These were recommended to me to aid in my sleep. I started taking only one before bed thinking that would be sufficient, but it didn't make much of a difference. So, I upped the dose to the recommended dose of two and I must admit it has helped. Unlike other magnesium brands, this magnesium contains 7 types. My one complaint is that the percentages or mg are not listed individually on the ingredient list. That almost made me pass on this. It does seem to be working so I let it go...but if you're listening BIOptimizers, we have a right to know exactly what we are putting into our bodies.

I loved this as it gave me a combination of all the magnesiums and I had no side effects. I had it on autoship and then they raised the price until they raised the price $5.00. I cancelled it as I think that is outrageous. I bought a Magnesium complex from another company and website. If you want to pay the price then it's a good product.
