Note 20 ultra only
The battery was a little big and the plug for it was kinda funky but it did work perfect and has helped my phone keep a better battery. Was easy with watching a YouTube video.

Straight forward install.
Package came packed with tools and ready for install! If you are handy with tech then I recommend this brand as it says exactly what it comes with and has all the tools for install. It worked the first time I installed but the phone failed so I removed the battery for use with another phone later.

Caught on FIRE
I received this battery in the mail today. I opened the instructions (written in broken English) and removed the battery out of its wrapper. I used a pair of small scissors to gently cut the plastic off. When my scissors made contact with the metal, the battery BURST INTO FLAMES. I. Kid. You. Not. I dropped the battery on the floor, which put out the fire, but then I got a whiff of the ungodly FUMES coming from the battery that almost knocked me off my chair. I immediately threw the entire battery back in the cardboard box and rushed it outside. It has been several hours, and I can still smell the fumes in the house. I have no idea what happened here, and honestly it doesn't matter, because there is nothing I could have done to cause THAT to happen. I have no doubt, had I installed this battery into my $1200 phone, it would have destroyed it. (as another reviewer wrote). I have asked for a full refund, however it isn't possible for me to return the battery (or even touch it) due to the above reasons. One other thing to note: this is NOT an "official" Samsung cell phone replacement battery, nor does it appear to be any kind of "standard" battery we would buy in the US. This item is clearly EXTREMELY unsafe and shouldn't be sold.Update: I received a message from the vendor that they would refund my money when I return the item. As I mentioned above, I cannot return this item (or even touch it.....the battery had a burn hole through it). I believe it is illegal to send such a dangerous item through the mail.Sounds like I will be stuck eating this one. At least I didn't attempt to put the battery into my $1200 phone. Lesson learned.

Battery capacity MUCH lower than stated
I had this battery professionally installed and have measured the capacity and performance over the last few days. While the battery that arrived had 5200mAh instead of the 5000mAh expected, the measured capacity is 3458mAh after multiple charges and discharges. I made sure to do the battery stats reset on the phone after installation to ensure that there was no digital debris from the old battery. Sadly this battery has less capacity than my original 2.5 year old Note 20 Ultra battery which was at 3843 mAh after 2.5 years of usage. Would recommend that you do not buy and possibly look for another genuine OEM battery.

Battery isn't any better than a 3 year old battery
Same battery time as with 3 year old battery.

Almost everything you need
The kit worked well for opening the case and following a Youtube to replace the battery. Was only missing something to pry the battery up. (I was hesitant to use a screwdriver so I didn't scratch or bend something, but I found something suitable. Everything else went smoothly, including using the provided adhesive strips to reseal the case. (Cut it into narrower strips with scissors.)

Battery works, capacity sucks.
Battery capacity average is not as advertised and is much lower. Battery works as expected with the exception of capacity.

value
I was a bit nervous at first changing out the battery of a $1400.00 phone, but it worked out perfectly and the kit comes with everything needed to change out the batteries.
