The type of magnesium supplement that is best for my health
Amazon rejected my prevous review telling me it violated their "guidelines" (without mentioning what the "violation" was). And when I reviewed their posted "guidelines", I couldn't find any place where my previous review was in violation (so I have no idea why they rejected my previous review).So instead of my more detailed prevous review (which explained why I found this type of magesium supplement to be "best" for my needs), I'll just say that there are significant differences between the various magnesium supplements on the market. While I found this one to be the "best" for me (and my health conditions), do your own research to determine what is "best" for you.

The Magnesium For Your Heart
I began taking this type of magnesium instead of the mag/citrate which caused me to have diarrhea. The citrate one didn't make any difference in my labs every month. So I did some research and found the Mag Taurate. This offers support for the heart and seems to absorb into my bloodstream more effectively. My labs improved as well, and I have not suffered any side effects from this product.
