This device did not work with MHD Tuning platform. your best bet to check, read codes, and code BMW’s would be the Carly platform.

Hello, plug this device into ur OBD Port under your dash, turn key on, but not the engine. Then on ur phone, go to Bluetooth log on to the scanner. Then go to ur apps try that. Mikev

I don't think so. It didn't work on my 2018 340I. Your best bet is to get the MHD OBDII adapter.

I have gen 1 and it works but have heard they work for Supras I’m not sure about g series

Eliminate the need for a wired KDCAN

Using a wired KDCAN hooked into an Android took me around 12 minutes to flash the car with MHD Stage 2+. When I used THOR it flashed in 35 seconds which is a big improvement. I can also monitor my various gauges on a spare phone without being plugged in. I am planning to set it up for ISTA and NCS Expert since I heard there is a way.I will update the review once if I am able to get it done.Update: Was able to get INPA, NCS Expert, and WinKFP. Updated FRM and DME to the v70 in 5 mins. I was not able to get ISTA+ working. Will have to look into that.

It doesn’t work on F series

Crap doesn’t work Wi-Fi connection was hard to establish. Once I got the Wi-Fi connection. It said not compatible. WTF! The titles says E and F series. Come on now! Totally false! Put your money else where folks. Once the connection works they will also ask you to start a membership to get tune file for your car. Keep in mind the amount is per car too. They also charge you to ship it back. For a product they claim to work and didn’t. It’s a leave alone and don’t bother product. It’s a 3d printed piece of junk is what they are selling here.

No instructions!

No instructions came with this wireless dongle. However, very easy to setup and use. Just plug in and go to your Wi-Fi settings on your phone and it will pop right up! Pretty self explanatory from there.
