My husband and I both use these back and leg pain pills. They do work for us. I like the fact they dissolve under the tongue. There is no taste to them. They dissolve quickly. They do ease the pain. We use them at bedtime and sometimes during the day if our back or knees are really bothering us. We try to always have them on hand. I like the fact they are made from natural ingredients I feel like we are safer using these when we can. It helps limit the use of other pain meds that can be harmful. Many times…this is all we need to feel better. The price isn’t too bad. All OTC medications have gone up. We are lucky not to be on too many medications yet.

I saw this advertised in the AARP magazine. I have compression fractures in my back and thought I would give it a try. It is fantastic! It has helped to relieve most of the pain so I can now enjoy my retirement building bird houses and working in the yard.

Save your money. These pills were worse than sugar pills. Didn't alleviate any pain and the bottle says to stop after 7 days but there are lots of pills in the bottle.Look for something else.

It doesn't help if you experience severe pain or muscle spasms; however, it may assist with mild pain.

With back and knee problems I had hoped for more improvement than received. They may be helpful for people with lessor problems.
