The media could not be loaded. This 13x13 gazebo is lighter weight than the ones I’ve purchased in the past but for the price of $155, I’m happy with it so far. It took about 30 minutes to get it up and mosquito netting attached. Instructions were clear and well illustrated. The center does push up easily but unless you’re taller than my 5’4”s, you’ll need a step ladder. The legs raise easily to 3 different heights. I set mine to the lowest. Some reviewers don’t like the 10x10 footprint with the large overhang that puts it to the 13x13; but I actually prefer the larger overhang. Especially for when it rains. I’ve only had it up for about a week and we had our first storm today (video posted). It was rocking a bit but held fast. I do have it secured to the deck. I have not attached the sandbags yet. It doesn’t come with curtains; so I ordered 4 water repellent cloth shower curtains and attached 2 each on the 2 sunny sides of the deck and have ordered tiebacks. So far I’m happy with it and would recommend.

Nice canopy took a second to set up first time. Make sure you secure it to the ground it will fly.

Tent is Beautiful...if u live where there are no hickup (rain, low winds, sunny days,,) looks well made...but can flip in a heartbeat. Purchased in March...did not install till July 1st......day was a perfect picnic day........it lasted LESS THAN 4 hours.....1 person might be able to install....but one 65 yr old......pop up rain and wind flipped like it was nothing at all....could have been worse...My small grandchildren were taking turns in pool while we finish...needed to lock down...stopped to cool off...when kids got out of pool...low winds turned it over...we tried to set it up upright dont know if we broke it ...or did it break when it flipped over.....It is beautiful....put item on extended accidental warranty....useless....because it was a weather issue it was consider as a accidental.......I waited till July to set up...Day was Grand Prix perfect.....It was accidental.....did not purposely put up on a windy day......if this is the case...you better put up inside your House!!!!...give your money to the kids i. The neighborhood for popsicles.BEAUY IS ONLY TENT DEEP.......I reached out to seller...recording....sent email....nothing.....Funny how the Bag that it comes in is more durable than the tent......Read all reviews.....Not worth your energy...no one calls u back....STILL WAITING!!!!...

NOTE - SIDE PANEL IN PICTURE IS NOT INCUDED - I PURCHASED IT SEPARATELY.Setup for 1 person took a little over a half hour. Getting under it to put the top up is probably the most difficult part. I'd recommend a step ladder to help (I'm 5' 11" and I had trouble). It took a little noodling to understand how the roof extension poles flipped out when attaching the canopy but made perfect sense once I understood. Make sure you tie all the Velcro loops up before raising the top.The day after I put it up there was a thunderstorm that blew through. 25-mile gusts and the canopy never budged. I had the legs staked down and the ropes anchored, but no sandbags.It is NOT waterproof though, so I would highly suggest spraying it with waterproofing spray when you first set it up. Specifically, it leaked wherever the support beams touched it.I'm very happy with this purchase and it actually made a huge difference during a week vacation when was raining a few days. The top vent was great for the firepit to let smoke out too.

I had to correct my review. Rain was pouring in alright, because “I” had not put the frame together properly thus causing the top vent to collapse inward. ☺️I sent a message to customer service and got swift assistance via a personal phone call. I was able to describe the problem and they requested I send a photo to help identify the issue.With his (and I’m so so sorry I can’t remember his name) help and genuine concern I was able to see a step I missed that would solve the problem.The canopy as many qualities! I put it up in minutes, by myself. The frame is sturdy, easy to adjust. The mosquito net was easy to install and fit perfectly. I appreciate openings on all four sides. And now that the roof is correctly installed 😊 it too, is really nice. 👍 👍👍 thumbs up all the way around.

Their customer service is astoundingly great as I personally experienced. I emailed them about a broken leg assembly, asking for price and shipping, as it was beyond the warranty. They replied in just a couple of hours and offered to make a warranty exception and ship a replacement for free! I haven't experienced this kind of expedient and generous customer service in a very long time! I replied and thanked them for their excellent support and accommodation, and that I'll be recommending Eagle Peak to my daughter's family as they broke their canopy (a different brand) recently.

The first one broke while being out up. But they sent me a second one quickly. No returns necessary and so far so good. Went through a heavy winded storm and stayed out without stakes. So far so good! If the first had been as sturdy I would've done at least 4 stars. But amazing customer service!!!
