Havaianas Men's Brazil Flip Flop Sandal

Just what I was hoping for. My husband had a pair of these, purchsed in South America that lasted for years. When they finally gave up we ordered from another Amazon vendor and quality was poor. THESE however seem just like the ones he used to have. They feel nice on the foot and seem like the will be durable.

TL;DR: Sturdy sole, ideal for wet/dry conditions, fashionable, and versatile, though strap design requires adjustment.What sets these Havaianas flip flops apart for me is their sole. It's unusually stable for flip flops, which I find extremely beneficial. I've always preferred firmer soles over soft ones, and this feature has made Havaianas my top choice. They're particularly suited for beach environments, poolside areas, and gym locker rooms, as they handle both wet and dry conditions well and are easy to clean.The aesthetic appeal of these flip flops is another plus. The range of bold and unique colors adds a sharp look, making them stylish enough for casual outings. They pair well with linen pants or golf shorts for a relaxed beach bar visit, though I wouldn’t recommend them for formal settings.The thin rubber strap is a distinctive design element. It's different from the fabric straps seen on other flip flops and might take some getting used to, as it can cause the flip flops to shift while walking. However, this isn't a major drawback, as it's easy to adjust to over time.They fit me perfectly and have become my favorite beachwear. The weight and versatility of these flip flops are exactly what I look for in summer footwear.

My favorite thing about these flip flops is the sole. That maybe an odd thing to say regarding flip flops but, I really appreciate that it does offer something stable on my feet. I dislike soft soled flip flops and ever since discovering Havaianas they have become my go to brand for that reason. These are perfect for areas that are wet and dry i.e. beach settings, around the pool, and the gym locker room. Very easy to rinse sand and other debris away. They slip less on surfaces as well, though you still need to be aware.These have a sharp look to them as the colors offered are bold and unique. While these are for a more casual look, I see no reason to slip them on with a pair of linen pants or golf shorts for a stroll to the beach bar. I would not use these (or any flip flop for that matter) as footwear to be worn to a restaurant or in any sort of formal setting.Personally, I really like the thin strap that goes over the foot. Note that it is rubber while others use fabric. With that being said, be aware that with that thin rubber strap you are more susceptible to having them slide on your feet as you walk. These do have a tendency to move on you while are walking and there is an adjustment period if you are used to thicker fabric straps. Don't let this deter you however, you will adjust.These fit me very well and are my favorite beach footwear. As mentioned, I love the weight that these have and the fact that they are so versatile.

Very comfortable and durable. Originally bought these to replace some other sandals I had that kept leaving me blisters and these are perfect.
