Great speaker stands
Excellent quality!! Very easy to assemble and because of the good dimensional information provided online, our speakers fit perfectly. Only thing on the description that may be a bit misleading is the height adjustment.

Happy with these stands BUT....
I have a pair of Yamaha HS5s speakers hooked up to my keyboard and these stands are fairly strong to hold them up BUT I wouldn't advice to go passed the manufacturer's weight limit of 11lbs. The HS5s weight is 11.7lbs each and they sway a little bit if you touch them. The base is big enough to keep the speakers in place as long as you leave them alone but if you have pets that could mess around them or hit them, your speakers are at risk. I don't have pets and is just me and my wife in the house so I'm ok with them. This being said, stability is the one line I only gave 3 stars and 5 stars for the rest. Assembling was easy a quick and instructions were straight forward.

Pros: Stable, tall. Cons: Cable management, opening potentially too small to fit cable.
I needed a rear stand for the Samsung q990c I got. I chose this stand as it appears to offer a longer size than comparable stands on Amazon which accommodates my room. The assembly was pretty easy and the stand looks sleek and is pretty stable. I would still recommend placing in an area where you don't accidentally trip it as it can still occur. The biggest con of this stand was the the opening for cable management is far too small to fit the rear speaker cable in it, at least the curved ones. I tried using a non curved version out of curiosity even though it wouldn't work with my q999c and the head still wouldn't fit. In the end, I ended up getting some cheap Velcro straps from Amazon. Specifically, 80PCS reusable cable ties, adjustable 6 inch cord organizer from One leaf store here on Amazon. With that, I was able to hide the cables perfectly so it ended up being a non issue. I would still give a 4 star only due to how narrow the hole is for cable management which would likely require one to either trim the head of the cord, or buy additional items to manage the cable. Otherwise, it's a great, quality looking/feeling stand and you can make it work for sure with some additional effort, or not too much effort like in my case with the Velcro straps. No regrets with this purchase whatsoever.

Excellent quality
These are the perfect stands for our sound system speakers. They not only adjust in height, but the platform you place the speakers on actually adjust in width. Our sound system sounds so much better with them elevated.

A little wobbly
I have my Adam Audio 7" monitors on these. When I started to set them up in my studio I was pretty doubtful about the build quality. These dudes are not heavy duty at all. The Adams are probably as heavy as you should put on them and even then just put them where they are going to go and don't handle them a lot.The instructions are sparse but get the job done. However one thing they didn't make super clear is that you have to tighten the screw in the "cup" before being able to check for level. Once the speaker is stuck to the adhesive and you've screwed the stand to the speaker - don't skip that step - if you haven't tightened it securely the top will wobble. So we wound up putting the speaker upside down on the table and attaching the stand that way. Using a post level like for fence posts we could get it in the right place and secure before finalizing the screwing in process. It will greatly help to have a second person to hold the thing down to the speaker while the other one screws it on. Definitely do this with the stand up in the air while working on the bottom of the speaker.Still and all, once in place, they are holding up okay.

Decent design but bad quality assurance
I bought these based on the overall 4+ star review rating. With that average from nearly 7,000 reviews, my experience might not be typical. It’s possible I received a defective set. But after my experience with them, there’s no way I’d get another set.Problems:Feet for bottom of stand. The feet were WAY too tight to screw in; had to use pliers to install them. Not sure why the feet needed to be threaded at all since they are also secured by an acorn nut.Feeding speaker wire. I followed the directions and adjusted the length of the upper pole section and then threaded on the lower section. The directions show to feed the wire from the top down. I tried several times. No luck. Finally separated the sections and tried that. Nope; the wire kept getting blocked by the upper pole. I collapsed the upper pole and was finally able to get the wire routed from the bottom up.Attaching speaker bracket to stand. The bolt to attach the speaker bracket would not thread into the pole. I tried both of the supplied bolts and neither worked. Then I did a word search for “thread” in the reviews and found others with the same problem. By this time I was frustrated and wanted to pack everything up and send it back. But I went to my stock of nuts and bolts hoping to find a metric (probably) bolt to fit. The directions do a good job of naming the parts, but they don’t say what size the bolts are. I had no luck finding a bolt that worked. Since I couldn’t secure the speaker bracket to the upper pole, the stand itself was useless. I decided to pack it all up and send it back.

easy to assemble
These PERLESMITH speaker stands are a great value. I was having trouble finding stands tall enough for my Sony RS5 speakers without having to resort to wall mounting, which I really wanted to avoid. Most other stands seemed so short! These PERLESMITH stands were exactly what I needed. They were easy to assemble and are sturdy enough to hold my speakers securely. The height adjustability is a nice feature, and they extend high enough to work perfectly with my (apparently) tall couch. They're not fancy, but they do the job well. If you're looking for affordable and functional speaker stands, especially if you need some height, these are definitely worth considering.
