I got this to show family pictures transferred to a thumb drive at our reunion. Very easy to use. Picture quality is very good on stills and Prime videos.

This thing does not do what it says. The product description says it plays from usb hard drives but when you plug one in it doesn’t even recognize it. There is also no Bluetooth in this unit and a Bluetooth chip is not recognized either. If you look this exact unit on YouTube up it says it has Bluetooth support but this one doesn’t. This exact unit is supposed to support usb hard drives in various formats and supposed to support various codecs for playing those files but once again it does not even see the drives. I bought this unit to play movies from my external hard drive and to play them with Bluetooth audio because my tv volume doesn’t work due to a broken remote control sensor. I can’t do either. Also because of no Bluetooth I can not connect a game controller to play emulated games. I am very disappointed to the point of pissed off. By the way the tech guys on Amazon are some idiots when I reached out for help with the USB port he said can I try another SD port. There is only one SD port on the device and I was talking about the USB ports not the SD card slot he said same thing, it is absolutely not the same thing. Where do they get these people.

Updated: Received fast, boot time a little slow, picture quality is excellent, Youtube TV not able to live stream local channels/Google GPS location services missing/using FOX11 LA & ABC7 apps for local news, Netflix works after reinstalling app, Pluto TV does not work, XUMO TV and Plex apps a must have for free tv channels.....This box is good for screen mirroring or USB/SD card streaming, Web browsing, and live TV apps take a while to sort through..... I'm now using the T95H as my main streaming box and my Roku is now in storage.....

Excelente, lo compre para instalar una app que me permite tener tv por cable en mi idioma, mas de 500 canales y se ve perfecto. Recomendado al 100%

Price not justified by performance , especially when marked saturated by 5x more powerfull reasonably priced models

Awesome quality. No need to buy an expensive box. Disney plus works perfect as well as YouTube and Netflix.
