Why did you pick this product vs others?:I have been in a relationship for 9 years and he is British. I wanted to fly the Union Jack flag for him, and of course the US flag. This flag is very beautiful, well made, has strong grommets.

It is great. Don't get me wrong. It is the right flag and it is good quality.There is though a clear design flaw.There should be a slit in the side between the two eyelets so that a pole can be entered and be much more secure than just a bit of string from the eyelets to the pole. Why have they not done this? Doing so would help it be more sturdy, less likely to fly off in strong winds and ensure it is kept fully flying showing the whole flag image.Designers - you can do better. Get a grip!

The sellers on this home had a Norwegian flag, so when we purchased, we put this one up. House is on the green side of the 3rd hole on the golf course. Kind of a fun little tradition.
