Good product. Excellent support (tried and tested). Decent backup - just don't expect it to be 4 hours (dependent upon router to router). Got around 1 hour for Jio, which was fit for my purpose. Easy to install and setup. Takes mere 2 minutes.

Great Product with Quick SupportThe product works well and the backup is sufficient for short outages. Initially, I faced a small issue with backup time, but the customer support was excellent—they arranged a replacement quickly under warranty. Very happy with their service and the product

Bad product design although it works well and satisfy your needs. But, it needs some product improvement.When router is disconnected and ups is in charge no led indicator.If your ups is connected to power and you turnoff switch on ups ot should still power the router. But, it turns off.

4 star to product, 5 star to their service.In my case , the product worked well for almost 2 years, before giving me trouble.At that point their customers support provided all the necessary support and helped me in getting the replacement as quickly as possible at a good discounted price.Really appreciate their prompt service.

Most important thing about any company is its ability to honour its product's warranty, because as there is no guarantee of our life, so there is no guarantee of any product.So Oak USB is a good product and it works as advertised. But the best thing about them is their quick and easy replacement policy if the product fails.

I had a issue with ups after 10 month of purchase like it was giving support for only 25 mins maybe battery issue, i reached to customer support and they guided me with the test i need to do at my end to confirm the backup time and after that they provided me a direct replacement of new device at my address at no cost to me. so the product is very good and the customer support is fabulous.

After nearly six months of usage, here’s my honest feedback:The backup was quite impressive in the beginning — easily lasting over 3 hours during the first couple of months. However, it has noticeably declined over time and now holds for only about 1–2 hours.But credit where it’s due — the customer support team, especially Ankit, was superb. They responded promptly and resolved the issue without any hassle. A genuinely smooth and satisfying support experience!
