I have been waiting for a tool like this Wood Cutting Chisel for a long time for a particular use, for bark grafting on older mango trees. The thick and hard bark was unyielding to knives that I had. As I did some wood craft work during my school days, I scanned online purchases for narrow chisels, I stumbled upon this 1/2" sharp beauty, just the thing I was looking for. It is just the size I wanted, sharp and sturdy, a bit longer than I expected though. Now I am ready for bark grafting on older mango trees to improve the quality of hybrid mangos.

the bevel is not flat, I had to grind and resharpen it. The Iron of the chisel is not straight with the handle. Over all the quality is not great but ok for the price charged. You should be ready to do some fine-tuning yourself.

Sturdy & worth buying if you are in need of for wood work at home.

Excellent toool . Solid and strudy go for it. This is my second purchase . First one i left it at my native place.
