I recently purchased these glasses and unfortunately one broke when putting in a large ice ball. After I e-mailed the customer support they responded extremely quickly and I was sent a new set withing 3 days. This is the second set of glasses I am using and they are great for sipping on high quality spirits. Would recommend to anyone who wants to entertain.

These glasses are nicely-made and the design is unique. I discovered a slight defect in one and contacted the manufacturer, directly. I had a replacement within three days of the original receipt - outstanding customer support!

These lowball glasses are excellent. They are carefully crafted, have a pleasing weighty feel in the hand and are cleverly shipped so that breakage is extremely unlikely. The missing fifth star is simply because water pools in the concave depression in the base after they are run through the dishwasher.

Should be cheaper as the glasses I received looked to be made under poor conditions. The glass shape is very uneven and the rim is slightly out of round. As far as serving its purpose, it works fine.
