The main sleeve that your hand fits in is rigid plastic and is very uncomfortable and rubbed my hand raw - but the main thing is the thumb stretch snapped and broke off two times and was unusable after only a few sessions. Cheaply made, and is a poorly constructed junk product.

Works okay. The problem and the reason I don’t use it as often is the rubber tab wil snap out of the holder every other time you stretch, so you have to hook it back with one hand, if you can’t then need to take it off, re attach and put back on
