They are extremely very well made for only 12. ish dollars per item, it’s also a great middle group tool moving up to pro tools, but i even believe the pros would want to keep a lightweight set in their bucket.I made around 30 1” crimps and two cuts to 1” stainless steel rings. Sure, the tool requires a little starting effort to crimp 1”, but once started and the gears catch, it’s easy sailing from there. This is not a complaint and it’s way cheaper than a plumber.Because i’m not skilled enough to crimp in one action, my technique was to position the ring with a slight crimp and then move it into final position to finalize my crimp.For the newbies, use a practice pipe and fitting just to get a sense of how to use the tool. No need for worries, per fittings and crimping seem to be very forgiving.

I can hardly believe how easy plumbing is now! PEX is great. Make sure you buy the right pipe. There's pex A, B, and C. Expander fittings will not work with these tools. There's three kinds of terminals. This works with only one kind. They don't always explain that in stores. Watch a good video or talk to a plumber friend before taking on your first project. This crimper and cutter probably saved me thousands of dollars.

The handle length was fine for me but some may find it takes a little more effort to usethan expected. The tool functions as advertised and is manufactured well. At $36 , it is a very decent tool.

Works perfectly. Feels very sturdy. Great price. Light weight. Used for a few projects since purchasing and have had zero issues with the tools within the kit. Perfect for DIY’ers and even the pros whose customers want pex crimp fittings.

Worked great, just bought it for a repair in ½' PEX B. I used to be a professional plumber but left the business before Pex really became mainstream and needed a set of tools. Worked very well.

I don't use it as much as a licensed plumber would, but for the price/value you can't go wrong. It's already plumbed 3 houses for me without any problems at all. The cutter has also held up and remains sharp. Also nice that it's smaller than some of the other ones on the market, which comes in handy in tight places.

Used recently to replace a failed shower connector. Cutters worked well for a straight cut. PEX band clamps were properly sized. Crimper drew the clamp down snugly. Just be sure your fitting is turned in the desired direction before tightening PEX Clamp so it doesn't need turned after the fact.
