I recently switched form regular vitamins and supplements to whole foods versions. These daily multivitamins are great quality and I'm happy to know that they will absorb better being whole foods versions. One downside is you have to take two but it's not that big of a deal. They are a bit more expensive than other daily multi's but for me it's very worth it.

I used to spend more money on Amway vitamins but discovered this brand at Whole Foods. Since I trust the brands sold there, I decided to try this one because it’s much more affordable, and I had read positive reviews on Amazon. At first, I tried it because of the reasonable price, but the results have been phenomenal. I noticed increased energy and felt better quickly. I often struggle with low energy due to my type 2 diabetes. I plan to continue taking these vitamins as long as they keep working well.

I guess it works. It’s on repeat.

I don’t usually do reviews … but felt I had to review this product! My skin used to be dry, itchy and flaky! My legs were always irritated from shaving.., lotion never really helped…but this product has completely transformed my skin! No more itching or dryness - I have soft smooth skin now! I absolutely love it ❤️

Looking for the 40+ version which contains ingredients for women post menapausal and older.

I also like that these vitamins don't have overly excessive potency because too much vitamin content can have adverse effects. The tablets are a bit large, but still smaller than the other multivitamins I've tried. The bottle says a serving size is two tablets, so I take them at two different meals to spread out the vitamin absorption.
