Perfect for treadmill
I bought a treadmill that has no phone or book holder so I got the FLEX to drape over the top and hold my phone, I bent one end to grab the back of the treadmill monitor and then bent the other end to hold my phone. (See both photos of front and back) It works great! It’s a great buy and stronger than you think.

Where has this been all my life?
Perfect for gym use on cardio machines. Don't strain your neck placing your phone on the machine! Love catching up on my shows at the gym while keeping my neck in a neutral position.

Yes, it will work with a treadmill / elliptical / exercise machine and a foldable phone
I have a foldable phone with a case that will not allow it to fit in the designated treadmill / elliptical / exercise machine phone slot. Adding a stand was not going to work. Purchasing a flexible phone holder with a clasp was also not an option, because these flexible phone holders do not work well with large foldable phones, much less foldable phones with a bulky case. Having no other options, I purchased this iFLEX Adjustable Cell Phone Stand. My hope was I could bend it in a way that would allow it to hold my foldable phone. After some creative bending, it worked great! If you have a foldable phone with a case that will not allow you to use the designated slot found on treadmill / elliptical / exercise machines, and if you have a mind adept in solving spatial problems, then this may be a "simple" solution that best fixes the problem. It did for me. But again, you may need to be creative in your bending.

Great 👍 buy
The media could not be loaded. Iflex is really good for travelling and everyday use.2 phones can stand at the same time or a heavy Samsung tablet lie mine.I can carry it everywhere coz it's flat and can mold it in different ways.Sure great buy! 👍

Love this
So easy to fold how I like it and it stays that way. Glad I bought it to hang my phone on from the monitor when I’m on my indoor bike.

Tacky branding, over priced.
Works as advertised. Costs too much (I paid $22). Arrived with a bent corner and did not include a bag as some here said it would. But my biggest complaint is the oversized branding on one side of the unit. We are using it over our headboard as my wife likes to run her white noise. I ordered a black one so it would not stand out. No matter how you bend it though, you see the white text. It it really necessary to brand it so hugely? I don’t think so.

Works great on the treadmill
I walk and run and the iPhone stays in place but does move side to side a bit and I have to push it back into place. It does bounce when I run so I slid a fat rubber band on and now the phone does not move side to side at all. This thing is fantastic.

Perfect for the treadmill
This iFlex is exactly what I was looking for. I sneak to the gym every day at lunch when it's 90+° outside to get my quick walk in. I usually watch Netflix or something on my phone and all of the treadmills have tray at the bottom of the controls/screen. I got tired of walking with my head looking down at a 45° angle and after a quick search I found the iFlex. This thing hangs right over the top edge of the treadmill screen and my phone stays put. I'm not sure how well it would do if I change the incline to be real steep and/or was running fast, but for general walking speed up to 4.0 it's fine so far. I also saw that it was invented by some dude who made the YouTube videos in his house and I love supporting small business so now I'm the proud owner of an iFlex.
