This is not anything good for trying to quit smoking. I was very unhappy 🙁 and couldn’t return the item because you have to open and try. Therefore it’s considered used.

It’s not like a straw as others have said, there’s a thing inside it that moves when you suck on it and it provides resistance, like a cigarette. When you quit smoking, you’re working on quitting two parts of the addiction, the drug and the ritual. This provides some relief for the habitual part of your addiction. Placebo is a poweful thing. Close your eyes, take a drag off this and picture smoke entering your lungs, hold it there and blow out, picture the smoke blowing out of your mouth. You just did a breathing exercise that calms you down like a cigarette would. This is a helpful tool especially if you can’t wean off the nicotine, lets say, if you’re a pregnant woman and you need to stop NOW. or if you’re using nicotine replacement therapy and you want something to hold and satisfy the oral fixation. This thing is great. I got the plain old oxygen one because I’m not too sure about the safety regarding inhalation of flavorings. So mine is unflavored, just a thing to hold and suck on and bite. And it’s great. I hope I don’t lose it. It is kind of pricy but I would buy this again.I will say, there’s quite a bit of airflow resistance which is good in my opinion. This would work better for a mouth to lung smoker like myself rather than a direct to lung smoker. All in all, great safe drug free cessation product. I’m glad it exists. Helped me out immensely.

Does it work? ALittle bit. Something to hold and pretend to smoke!

Might work for vaper’s trying to quit but I’m a cigarette smoker and it’s nothing like a cigarette for feel🙁🙁

I love that it is the same size and shape as an actual cigarette. The mild hint of flavor is amazing also. I am tapering to quit and using this in between and I am actually at times craving the quitgo instead. Love them!

I was expecting a product at least similar to what is pictured but what I received is not even close! It is the a thin rectangle, instead of a cyndrical tube shape. The function is what I expected, basically a menthol inhaler, like you get for a stuffy nose. It looks like it was constructed from a dollar store pregnancy test casing! If the product had been the correct shape or style if you will, I would have been happy!

It's pretty simple but helps with the habit of hand to mouth. I like that there's No chemicals, just plastic and air. The little resistance upon inhalation mimics a cigarette pretty well. Would buy again. Price is a bit high. I think they should be prices in the $10 to $15 range.
