Q: Do they come in pots like the picture ?

Yes they do. They're just like in the picture. Smaller than what I expected though.

Q: Do they have plastic stems or wires beneath? If you wanted to repost them or stick them in the ground?

The set is only small. Each of the smaller is only a few 3inches high. The larger one is about 6inches wide. They are secure in a small vase. I’m not sure how you could repost them or why. You would lose the whole effect of the design , which is what your paying for. You’d have to completely pull them apart to find the stems/wires.

Q: Can these be used outdoor?

I don't see why not, but strong wind might blow them away. They're solid plastic and glued together so nothing should blow off of them, but they don't weigh a ton so could move. I imagine they would weather quickly in the elements.

Q: Do these benefit from being spoken to? Or should I find something with larger leaves?

All plants regardless of leaf size, shape, colour, contour or design are always worth talking to, that said however, I found this particular group of succulents rather shallow, self-absorbed and distant when in my company. I didn’t feel that we were building a connection, even after some considerable time trying to communicate my needs to them, their overall demeanor and presentation was, what o would refer to as “plastic” and whilst this can be a common theme in this current generation with their inward priorities and self gratification, I wanted something more “giving” so sadly I had to return them to where they came from.
