40 Pieces Faucet Aerator Flow Restrictor Insert Faucet Aerators Replacement Parts for Bathroom or Kitchen, Red(2.2 GPM) and Green(1.5 GPM)

These are exactly what we needed. We recently renovated a small bathroom, and my wife bought this cool copper Kingston Brass faucet, which came with a ridiculous flow restrictor that reduced the sink to little more than a dribble. The green restrictor ended up being perfect. Plenty of water, and anything more, you might as well not use a restrictor at all. The red one is probably good for a kitchen sink or something.The new flow restrictor does protrude from the bottom of our faucet collar a good 1/8” (see photo) which I don’t love, but I’m much more a functionality > cosmetics type of guy, so I can live with it. I’m much more concerned with the ability to wash my hands adequately.Also, you get a TON of the things, which seems silly and pretty wasteful. These flow restrictors are a goofy item to sell in bulk. I guess it’d be good for plumbers or contractors maybe? Anyway, it worked for me and I’m happy about that.

Looked locally for the green Faucet Aerator inserts and they were 2 for $10 and no washers.I purchased this set and the (20) green inserts are perfect fit for my faucets and I will check the bathroom faucets, as they might use the reds, but either way, a great bargin and product.

I wondered why I couldn't buy just one instead of 40. My kitchen faucet was running slow so I took the cartridge off and shot it with garden hose. Made no difference. Blasted with air from my compressor. No difference. I replaced the old cartridge with this product and.... Wow! What a difference. So the moral of this story is that you have to periodically replace these cartridges. Now I have a whole supply of cartridges. I'm very happy!!!

There are so many it feels like a lifetime supply. They do what they are supposed to do. What more can you ask of anything or anyone.

These look similar to a normal aerator, and will fit in your faucet, but they do not perform their function. An aerator is by definition a water-saving device, and these do not save water at all. They are pointless; one might even say a scam.I measured the water flow through the "1.5 GPM" aerator. It was 3.7 GPM, exactly the same as without any aerator installed. Do not use.

While the aerators themselves are either the same quality or on par with those that come with your name brand faucet the washers included leave much to be desired. Such a simple thing and such a huge fail. The small diameter washers are too small in diameter and the large diameter washers are too large. Neither size would fit properly for either male or female aerator cap/housing. The large ones could be useful as garden hose washers and I'm not sure what the small ones can be used for. In addition to the small diameter washers being too small in outer diameter for their intended use the inside diameter hole is also much too small to allow the washer to sit flush, it sits up on the conical part of the aerator.Using the included smaller washer which is the only one of the two that would fit in my usage on any faucet it of course leaks. I'm left with using the original washer. I've included pictures that show the included washers next to and sitting on the aerators and comparing the washers with a proper washer (left washer in images).Bottom line, the included washers in this pack needs revision. This is a ridiculous oversight so even giving 3 stars on this is generous. I'm deducting a star for each of the wrong washer sizes. With the right washers it'd be a 5 star product as the aerators are exactly what you'd expect.

Do not order these unless you are 100% SURE they will fit. AMAZON charges almost as much as the aerators cost to return to a UPS Store or drop-off site ......RIP OFF !

These are ok but would be better if the caught water sediment from our hard water.
